Guests can enjoy a beach that is only a five-minute walk from the house. The detached house includes two bedrooms, one kitchen, one bathroom, and a living room combined with a dining area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has a single bed. In the living room, there is a sofa that converts into a bed, a television, and a religious icon corner. The property also features central air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a washing machine. There are also two courtyards (as shown in the photos). The house does not have private parking; however, guests can park their vehicle on the side of the road.
