These terms apply when you use aegeanbot.com, the AegeanBot experience in ChatGPT, or the AegeanBot MCP integration. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What AegeanBot provides

AegeanBot helps travellers discover and compare vacation homes across Greece, retrieve property information and policies, and check availability and prices. It may also link to direct-booking and concierge services.

Availability, prices and bookings

Search results are recommendations, not reservations. Prices and availability can change until a booking is accepted and paid under the terms shown in the booking flow. Always review the final property, dates, guest count, price, cancellation policy and provider terms before confirming.

AegeanBot does not charge guests a fee merely to search the public catalogue. A property, booking, payment, transport or activity provider may charge the amounts and taxes disclosed in its checkout or quote.

Third-party providers

Accommodation and travel services may be supplied by independent hosts, property managers or concierge partners. Their specific booking and cancellation terms apply to the service they provide. Links to external services do not imply that AegeanBot controls their content or availability.

ChatGPT and automated responses

AegeanBot uses automated systems and may be accessed through ChatGPT. Responses can contain mistakes or misunderstand a request. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, immigration, safety-critical or emergency advice. Use the live availability tool and final checkout details for decisions involving a booking.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape at harmful scale, submit fraudulent reservation credentials, interfere with other users, or use AegeanBot in violation of applicable law.

Service changes and liability

We may improve, suspend or change parts of the service. To the extent permitted by law, AegeanBot is provided on an “as available” basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an automated response or a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
